What we collect

On our website we may collect the following information:

  • name and job title
  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests

In the surveys we conduct for our clients (on our web server – which has no connection to our web site) we:

  • collect a wide variety of information including contact information, household profiles, preferences, interests, self-reported behavior, IP address, etc.

What we do with the information we gather

The information collected on our website is exclusively used to reply to your inquiries.

We are a market research and opinion research firm. We collect data to help our clients better understand the wants, needs, attitudes, opinions, and behavior of customers, consumers, constituents, and the general population. Our clients use this information to better understand your needs and provide you with better products and services.

Survey responses (collected on our web server) are typically combined with those of other respondents to create aggregated results (i.e. percentages who said this or that, average of responses by men or women, etc.).   We do not provide individual information or responses to any entities other than our direct clients, who use this information for purposes of improving their products and services to their customers. Our clients will not use this information to contact or market directly to a respondent, except when the respondent has given explicit permission to do so, for example, to resolve an issue that a respondent has raised. Note that we do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
